PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

2.Business in A Box (BIB) payments made to the Academy of Artificial Intelligence are strictly non-refundable.

3. By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds, partial or full, will be issued under any circumstances.

TRANSFER AND RESALE

5. Enrollment in this program is personal and strictly non-transferable.

6. Re-advertisement, resale, or transfer of your enrollment rights is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in cancellation of your access without refund.

FORCE MAJEURE

7. AOAI will not be liable for any failure to deliver the program due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

NON-DISCLOSURE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8. All program content, materials, and training are confidential and proprietary to tAOAI.

9. You agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, or share any materials or content provided in the program.

10. Unauthorized use or disclosure of AOAI content may result in legal action and liability for damages.
