1. Definitions & Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made through the Academy of Artificial Intelligence ("Academy of AI", "we", "us", "our") website and checkout pages, including but not limited to the following Products:

Self-Liquidating Offer ("SLO") – entry-level digital products and resources

Mastermind Program ("Mastermind") – multi-session premium group coaching and training program

Bundles – packaged combinations of the above Products

Online Seminars & Live Events ("Seminar Services") – live digital or in-person educational events

By completing a purchase, you ("Participant", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with your purchase.

2. Engagement & Entitlements

2.1  Upon receipt of your payment, you are entitled to:

Access the specific Product(s) you have purchased, as described on the relevant checkout page and your purchase confirmation email

Receive any materials, bonuses, or resources explicitly listed in your purchase confirmation

2.2  Entitlements are specific to the Product purchased. Access to one Product does not confer access to any other Product or program.

2.3  All event content is delivered in English. If you require translation assistance, please contact us at [email protected] prior to your purchase.

2.4  Speakers advertised for Seminar Services may appear for part of the event only and are not required to be present for its full duration.

2.5  One invoice is generated per order. All communications are made solely with the registered purchaser unless guest attendee details have been separately provided.

3. Seminar Services – Schedule & Speakers

3.1  Academy of AI reserves the right to change the speakers, dates, or hours of any Seminar Service for any reason. Where changes are made, we will notify you in writing with details of the substitute speakers, revised dates, or amended hours.

3.2  Such changes do not alter the core content of the Seminar Service. Academy of AI shall have no liability to you, and you shall have no right to claim a refund, solely on the basis of a speaker, date, or hour change.

3.3  Seminar Services are live events. No recordings of live events will be made available to Participants.

4. Online Seminar Services – Platform & Access

4.1  Platform Delivery

Online Seminar Services are delivered through a secure platform (e.g., Zoom, Vimeo, or a Learning Management System). You will receive a unique registration link and login credentials approximately 21 days prior to the event start date. Dispatch of this link constitutes fulfilment of our obligation to provide you with access to the Seminar Service.

4.2  Registration & Credentials

Each attendee must register using a unique email address and contact number

Access credentials are personal and non-transferable

Sharing your login link or credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited

Academy of AI reserves the right to deny access to any attendee found to be sharing or misusing credentials

4.3  Access Restrictions

Attendees may only access the online platform during scheduled event hours

Any attempt to circumvent platform security or access content outside of scheduled sessions is prohibited

Academy of AI may monitor usage to ensure compliance with these Terms

4.4  Recording & Distribution

The online Seminar Service is provided as a live experience. Attendees are not permitted to record, capture, screenshot, distribute, or otherwise reproduce any seminar content in any form. Violation of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

4.5  Technical Support

Support for access issues is available at [email protected]. Academy of AI is not responsible for any technical issues arising from a Participant’s own hardware, software, or internet connectivity.

5. Ticket Transfers

5.1  SLO, Bundles, and Seminar Service tickets are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend a Seminar Service, your ticket cannot be transferred to an alternative date or event, nor exchanged for any other Academy of AI product or service.

5.2  Mastermind enrolments may be transferred to an alternative program date subject to availability and approval by Academy of AI. A transfer fee may apply. Please contact [email protected] to request a transfer.

6. Ticket Resale

6.1  The re-advertisement or resale of any Academy of AI Product is strictly prohibited.

6.2  If any Product is found to be offered or advertised for resale, Academy of AI reserves the right to cancel your access without a refund, and to refuse entry or access to the bearer of the ticket or credentials.

6.3  In such circumstances, you also forfeit the right to amend the name associated with the ticket or enrolment.

7. Event Cancellation & Postponement

7.1  Academy of AI may cancel, reschedule, or postpone any Seminar Service for any reason. Where practicable, we will notify you using the contact details provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation by Academy of AI: If a Seminar Service is cancelled in full, we will refund the amount you actually paid, less any reasonable administration costs as determined by Academy of AI, within 30 days of giving you notice of cancellation.

Postponement or Reschedule by Academy of AI: If a Seminar Service is rescheduled or postponed, we will use reasonable endeavours to offer you a place at the rescheduled event of equivalent value to your original investment. Any elements of the Seminar Service already delivered to you are non-refundable. Postponed or rescheduled Seminar Services are not eligible for a cash refund.

Force Majeure: If a Seminar Service is prevented or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, pandemic, power failure, strikes, lockouts, or other events outside the direct control of both parties, Academy of AI may at its discretion either postpone the Seminar Service or cancel and refund in accordance with clause 7.1(a) above.

8. Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: The 14-day cooling-off period described in clause 8.1 applies exclusively to the Mastermind Program. All other Products — including SLOs, Bundles, and Seminar Services — are non-refundable once purchased, except as set out in clause 7.1(a).

8.1  Mastermind – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period beginning from the date you receive your official purchase confirmation email activating your Mastermind enrolment. During this period, you may request a full refund for any reason by contacting [email protected].

8.2  All Other Products

SLOs, Bundles, and Seminar Services are non-refundable once purchased. No refunds will be issued except in the specific circumstances set out in clause 7.1(a) (Academy of AI-initiated cancellation).

8.3  No-Show Policy

Failure to attend any event or access any Product without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your purchase fee. No refund will be provided for no-shows.

8.4  Transfer of Mastermind Enrolment

If you are unable to attend your enrolled Mastermind program and wish to transfer to a different date, please refer to clause 5.2.

9. Disclosures & Risk Acknowledgment

9.1  Neither Academy of AI, its representatives, nor any person engaged to deliver the Seminar Services ("Relevant Persons") is a licensed investment adviser or regulated financial authority.

9.2  The Relevant Persons do not provide, and do not purport to provide, investment advice or operate an investment advisory business.

9.3  All content delivered through Academy of AI Products is for educational and informational purposes only. Academy of AI, its trainers, and affiliates accept no responsibility for any personal or financial decisions you make based on seminar content.

9.4  Academy of AI may pay commissions to third parties in connection with your purchase. This does not affect your rights under these Terms.

10. Confidentiality

10.1  You acknowledge that certain materials and content delivered through Academy of AI Products may be proprietary and confidential in nature.

10.2  You agree not to disclose, publish, or share proprietary methodologies, frameworks, or strategies presented during any Academy of AI Product to third parties, whether via social media, forums, email, blogs, or any other medium, without prior written consent from Academy of AI.

10.3  You may not create, partner on, or associate with any product, publication, or service that is directly derived from or substantially reproduces the proprietary content of Academy of AI, including e-books, reports, audio or video content, or public posts.

10.4  You may not record any portion of a Seminar Service.

10.5  Breach of this clause may constitute grounds for civil action and you may be held liable for resulting damages.

10.6  For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this clause prevents you from sharing your own general learning outcomes or publicly known concepts, or from making reasonable personal notes for your own private use.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Academy of AI, its speakers, associates, affiliates, and representatives against any loss, damage, or liability arising from your breach of these Terms or any act or omission on your part in connection with your participation in any Academy of AI Product.

12. General

12.1  Notices: All notices and enquiries relating to your purchase must be directed to [email protected].

12.2  Waiver: The failure of either party to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver is only effective if made in writing and signed by the party granting it.

12.3  Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

12.4  Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Academy of AI with respect to your purchase and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.

12.5  Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
